Can I use AI features on the free plan?
No. AI image generation, AI content generation, and AI shop setup are only available on paid plans (Starter and above). Free plan users set up their shop and products manually.
How does payment work?
Subscriptions are paid monthly via M-Pesa. You'll receive a payment prompt on your phone. Your plan activates instantly after payment.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time from your dashboard. Your new plan takes effect immediately. To downgrade, let your current subscription expire.
What happens when my subscription expires?
Your shop stays online but reverts to free plan limits (3 products, WhatsApp only). Existing data is preserved — you won't lose any products or orders.
How do AI limits work?
Each plan has a monthly AI quota. For example, Starter gets 10 AI images per month. The counter resets every 30 days from your subscription start date.
